This rendition of DeGrazia's work is so beautiful. Full of feeling, color, tradition and detail. Nothing was spared in the detail with much emphasis on the smallest of items that make this one of my very best gourds. The two children, each in their own environment. The little girl with her staff of flowers and Peacocks. Pay close attention to the bird and the brilliant colors displayed. The little boy, his stalk of flowers emulate the beauty of the staff topped with a brilliant Red flower. This gourd measures 7.3 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall.
